Cart paths were terrible. No course markings other than on cart path that were extremely faded. Almost unable to tell the fairway from the rough looking from the tee. Paid Spring rates and would not be worth it paying more. Needs Maintenance

This could be a great course. Maintenance is pitiful. Traps are a mess, cart paths haven't been repaired in years. I play in a league there so I will have to play again. Owner inherited a beautiful course that is slowly falling apart. Middle of May and the driving range still isn't open!
